Reservation Terms

By creating an account or making a reservation through this website, you agree to these Reservation Terms. These terms cover how our online reservation system works. Separate facility rules, safety requirements, and liability waivers are signed in person at the gate when you arrive — those apply independently.
1. Making a reservation
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact information. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
2. Payment and confirmation
A reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. Payment is due within 30 days from booking or on your arrival at the track, whichever comes first. Unpaid spots may be released without further notice.
3. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel through the website up until the cutoff shown on your reservation. Refunds on paid reservations are handled case-by-case by management.
4. Management's rights
We reserve the right to cancel, move, or modify any reservation at any time, and to close all or part of the facility for weather, safety, maintenance, or operational reasons.
5. Using your spot
Stay within your reserved area. The facility gets busy — spreading into adjacent spots causes real problems. Be a good neighbor: keep noise reasonable, contain your gear, clean up before you leave, don't block sightlines to the track.
6. No resale or transfer
Reservations are personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your reservation without our permission.
7. Abuse of the reservation system
You agree not to make reservations you don't intend to use, create multiple accounts to bypass limits, use bots/scripts, or broker reservations. Violations may result in account suspension and cancellation without refund.
8. Communications
By making a reservation, you agree to receive operational emails (confirmations, payment reminders, modifications, cancellations, event-day reminders). You may opt in to SMS in your account settings later.
9. Facility rules and waivers
These terms cover only the booking and payment relationship. Facility rules and liability waivers signed at the gate apply independently.
10. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll email you and ask you to re-accept on your next login.
