By creating an account or making a reservation through this website, you agree to these Reservation Terms. These terms cover how our online reservation system works. Separate facility rules, safety requirements, and liability waivers are signed in person at the gate when you arrive — those apply independently of these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact information when you register or book. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Your spot is reserved immediately when you book it — there's nothing you need to do to "confirm" the reservation. Payment is handled separately and is due by the deadline below.
Payment must be received by whichever of the following comes first:
If payment is not received by that deadline, your reservation may be cancelled and the spot released back to general availability, at our discretion and without further notice. We are not obligated to contact you before releasing an unpaid spot.
Accepted payment methods and pricing will be communicated at the time of reservation or upon arrival. Payment is handled in person or through methods arranged with management — it is not collected through this website.
You may cancel your reservation through the website up until the cutoff time shown on your reservation.
Refunds on paid reservations are handled case-by-case by management. Cancelled reservations are not automatically refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel, move, or modify any reservation at any time, and to close all or part of the facility for any reason — including weather, safety, maintenance, private events, or operational needs.
If we cancel a paid reservation for reasons other than your violation of these terms, we will make a reasonable effort to offer an alternative spot, a rescheduled date, or a refund.
Stay within your reserved area. The facility can get very full and active, especially on event days. Spreading into adjacent spots, access lanes, or walkways creates real problems for other patrons, emergency access, and track operations. If you need more space than your reservation includes, talk to management — don't just take it.
Be a good neighbor. Keep noise reasonable, contain your gear (chairs, canopies, coolers, trash) within your spot, don't block sightlines to the track, and clean up before you leave. A racing weekend is a shared experience, and the atmosphere depends on patrons looking out for each other.
Patrons who don't follow these rules may be asked to move, may have their reservation cancelled without refund, and may be refused future reservations.
Reservations are personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your reservation to someone else without our permission.
You agree not to:
Violations may result in account suspension and cancellation of existing reservations without refund.
By making a reservation, you agree to receive operational emails from us — confirmations, payment reminders, modifications, cancellations, and event-day reminders. You may opt in to SMS reminders in your account settings.
These reservation terms cover only the booking and payment relationship. Facility rules, safety requirements, and liability waivers — including those signed at the gate when you arrive at the track — apply independently and are not replaced or modified by these terms.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email and ask you to re-accept on your next login. Your continued use of the reservation system after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
